Dr David Farmer (m)

Qualifications: MB BS 1979 Lond

Dr Farmer, the senior partner, has been at Charnwood since 1988.  He is married with two daughters.  He is the Deputy Medical Officer at the local crematorium and is a trained acupuncturist.

Dr Philip Lacey (m)

Qualifications: MB ChB 1982 Birm

Dr Lacey has been at Charnwood since 1988.  He is the local Treasury Medical Officer, an endoscopist at the local hospital and a board member, Prescribing Lead and Clinical Governance Lead for NHS Derby City PCT. His hobbies include skiiing and the Derby Rams - this passion for football being shared with his son.

Dr Timothy Healey (m)

Qualifications: MB BS 1990 Lond

Dr Healey has been at Charnwood since 1994.

His hobbies include DIY, out of necessity!

Dr Ashish Joshi (m)

Qualifications: MB ChB 1990 Leeds

Dr Joshi has been at Charnwood since 1995.  He regularly performs DVLA medicals and is the practice lead GP for the care of patients with drug misuse issues. He is also a football fan, but his loyalties lie with a different team to the local one.

Dr Sandeep Khosla (m)

Qualifications: MB ChB 1993 Manc

Dr Khosla has been at Charnwood since 1998.  He is a GP trainer and is a trained acupuncturist and holds the Certificate in Primary Care Diabetes. His hobbies include football.

Dr Judith Parsons (f)

Qualifications: MB ChB MRCGP dip pall med

Dr Parsons is the Cancer Lead for the PCT and is the Macmillan GP Advisor for the East Midlands.  She is a GP Trainer and is Lead GP for any medical students within the surgery. Dr Parsons enjoys doing expedition medicine and this has included being the race doctor for the Everest marathon and working for Raleigh International in Borneo. Her hobbies include skiing, tennis, running, trekking and travel abroad .

Dr Vivienne Notley (f)

Qualifications: MB ChB 1992 Leicester, MRCGP, DRCOG, Loc IUT, DFFP

Dr Notley is our part-time partner and has been at Charnwood since 2001.  Some of her hobbies include dance, fitness and walking. She is married with 2 children, who keep her very busy outside of work-time.
