pills All patients on repeat medication are provided with a repeat prescription slip (attached to their prescription) listing the drugs they take regularly. When a repeat is needed, please tick the item(s) required and either bring or post the slip to the surgery. The prescription will be available to collect two working days later. Please allow a few more days if you require the prescription to be posted back to you and please accompany your request with a stamped addressed envelope.

If you lose your repeat slip, we will accept hand written requests as long as the medication has not expired. Patients on regular repeat medication will need to be reviewed at least once a year.
